As a LinkedIn Copywriter at Growthic, you won’t just be stringing words together, you’ll be
crafting narratives that resonate. We’re Growthic – a content marketing company helping
brands, founders, and investors build category-defining content. And we’re on the hunt for a
LinkedIn Copywriter who knows how to write not for algorithms, but for attention.
This isn’t a writing job. It’s a digital ghostwriting dojo. You’ll help real people show up
online with real stories that resonate.
Why This Role Exists …
LinkedIn is no longer a boring jobs board – it’s where businesses grow and reputations are
built. We’re scaling our ghostwriting vertical and need writers who can turn a founder’s ideas
into hooky, honest, high-performing posts.
You’ll be writing 20–30 posts a week across different voices, industries, and goals. It’s
high-volume, high-feedback, and high-growth.

â—Ź Write engaging, personality-rich LinkedIn posts for founders, operators & creators
â—Ź Deep-dive into each client’s tone, story, and goals – and become their voice
â—Ź Conduct sharp research on industries, trends, and audience pain points
â—Ź Use insights from feedback, comments, and analytics to improve your writing
â—Ź Experiment with post formats, tones, and hooks – and learn what works
â—Ź Engage on clients’ behalf via comments to amplify their voice
