You’ll lead the charge in building meaningful content for real people and real brands, helping
them show up with clarity, consistency, and impact across platforms like LinkedIn,
Instagram, and beyond.
We’re Growthic – a content marketing company helping brands, founders, and investors build
category-defining content. Now, we’re looking for a strategic and creative Head of Content
who not only understands the power of words but also knows how to build systems, lead
teams, and shape narratives that stick.
This role is for someone who’s deeply passionate about storytelling in the digital space,
knows how to translate vision into words, and can mentor writers to grow while maintaining
quality and voice.

Why This Role Exists …

Content is strategy, storytelling, and how a brand shows up in the world. This role exists to
shape the voice and vision of our clients and of Growthic itself.
As Head of Content, you won’t just write; you’ll lead the thinking behind what we say, how
we say it, and why it matters.
You’ll set the tone for the team, mentoring writers, guiding creative direction, and ensuring
content always aligns with brand purpose and business goals. From long-form thought
leadership to sharp social copy, you’ll help craft narratives that feel real.
You’ll work closely with strategists, designers, and founders to turn scattered ideas into
sharp messaging, lead content strategy across channels, and constantly look for ways to
make our work stronger, smarter, and more impactful.

What You’ll Do …

● Set the overall voice, tone, and messaging for Growthic and its clients
● Plan content strategies that match the client’s goals and audience needs
● Guide and support a team of writers, and help them grow and do their best work
● Run content planning, including calendars, ideas, reviews, and deadlines
● Work closely with design, video, and social teams to create content across different
platforms (like LinkedIn, websites, ads, emails, etc.)
● Write or review important pieces like brand messaging, campaign content, and client
pitches
● Join strategy discussions and help shape how brands tell their stories
● Conduct weekly content brainstorms, workshops, and team training.

● Are comfortable managing teams, reviewing work, and pushing creative limits.
