We’re Growthic – a content marketing company helping brands, founders, and investors
build category-defining content. And we’re on the hunt for a Creative Designer who can
bring fresh concepts to life, work on multiple brands with creativity and confidence.
You’ll help real people and brands show up online with bold visuals that speak before a word
is read.
Why This Role Exists …
Social media is quite interesting and engaging – it’s where businesses grow and reputations
are built. We’re scaling our design game and need creative designers who can drive creative
excellence across every brand, campaign, and platform.
You’ll work closely with writers, strategists, and founders to turn ideas into bold, thoughtful
visuals from carousels and ads to brand campaigns. Along the way, you’ll pitch concepts and
shape brand voices.
What You’ll Do …
â—Ź Deliver high-quality, impactful design work.
● Deep dive into each client’s tone, story, and goals to translate them visually.
â—Ź Stay ahead of trends and make sure our creatives are always fresh, bold, and
thumb-stopping
â—Ź Use insights from feedback, comments, and analytics to improve your design
â—Ź Constantly experimenting with new ideas, styles, and formats to keep things visually
exciting.
● You’ll be juggling brands, formats, and deadlines. Smart prioritization will help you
deliver quality over chaos.

â—Ź Understand current design trends, color theory, typography, and UI/UX principles.
