At Growthic, we need a Content Creator & Strategist who gets the power of storytelling
and knows how to bring ideas to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond. As a Content
Creator & Strategist at Growthic, you’ll be at the heart of how we communicate, both visually
and verbally.
This is not just a content role; it’s a leadership role in the making for someone who
understands brand, market, and momentum.

From ideating original content to driving growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other
channels, you’ll craft narratives that reflect our values, connect with our community, and
strengthen the personal brand of our founder.

What You’ll Do …

● Collaborate with content and design teams to align on market goals and brand
messaging.
● Create original content that builds community and supports Growthic’s mission.
● Develop and manage a multi-channel content strategy (focus on Instagram Reels,
Stories, etc.).
● Produce visually engaging video content showcasing brand USPs.
● Track social media performance through defined KPIs and optimize accordingly.
● Actively engage with followers via comments, DMs, and mentions.
● Stay updated with content, social media, and digital branding trends.

designs
